Order Process: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded.
Payment: All payments for products must be made at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available on our Site. We do not store your credit card information; payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in EURO and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within Malta and Gozo. All products are sent via MaltaPost mail service, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 working days.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 15 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us at [email protected] for return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, certain items, including opened makeup and beauty products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
